1. What Information We Collect
When you register and operate an organization on NexCraft, we process the following types of information:
- Account & Identity: Your name, business email address, phone number, encrypted password credentials, and organization name.
- Financial & Operational Records: Chart of accounts, customer and supplier directories, inventory catalogs, bills, invoices, receipts, and bank transaction summaries entered by your team.
- Audit Logs: Timestamps, IP addresses, and user identifiers associated with financial posting, period closures, and user permission changes for internal security audit defense.
2. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Zero Cross-Company Access
Every business on NexCraft is strictly isolated at the database level. Every query, report generation, and journal mutation is cryptographically bound to your authenticated organization session. No user outside your company—even other registered organizations—can read or modify your accounting records.
3. Zero Data Monetization
We do not sell, license, share, or monetize your company's customer lists, sales figures, profit margins, or pricing models to advertisers, brokers, or external lenders. Your records are strictly used to compute your ledgers and render your reports.
4. Data Retention & Export Rights
You retain complete control of your financial data. At any time during an active subscription, administrators can export complete General Ledgers, Day Books, Customer Receivables, and Stock Valuation reports in open CSV and PDF formats. If you choose to terminate your account, you can request full data deletion in accordance with standard statutory record retention guidelines.
